Terms of Service
Skyliner Gear LLC · skylinergear.com · February 24, 2026
Skyliner Gear LLC (“Skyliner,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) manufactures and sells modular aluminum van interior components directly to customers and approved trade accounts. By visiting our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. Skyliner may update these Terms at any time; continued use of the site constitutes acceptance.
Section 1 — Who We Are and How We Sell
Skyliner Gear LLC designs and manufactures modular aluminum van interior systems, including kitchen galleys, wheel well cabinets, power systems, water storage, and bed systems. We sell directly to individual van owners and DIY builders through our website, and to approved trade accounts through direct quote and purchase order.
Builders and trade accounts receive adjusted pricing on a case-by-case basis at Skyliner’s discretion. Adjusted pricing does not constitute a formal reseller or distribution agreement and does not obligate Skyliner to any ongoing pricing commitment. All purchasers, whether retail or trade, are bound by these Terms. Skyliner reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time.
Section 2 — Orders and How They Work
All Skyliner products are manufactured to order. There is no finished inventory. When you place an order, Skyliner begins procuring materials specific to your configuration. Estimated lead times are posted on the website and are good-faith estimates only — they are not a guaranteed delivery date. Supplier delays and other factors outside Skyliner’s control may affect timing. Skyliner will communicate any known delays and will do its best to meet critical delivery dates when notified in advance. For time-sensitive orders, contact support@skylinergear.com before placing your order.
You agree to provide accurate billing, shipping, and configuration information. Errors in order information that result in incorrect components being produced are the responsibility of the customer. For cancellation and refund terms, see our Refund Policy.
Section 3 — Product Information and Accuracy
Skyliner makes every reasonable effort to display accurate dimensions, materials, colors, and compatibility information. Monitor calibration, photographic lighting, and ongoing product refinements mean images and descriptions may not perfectly reflect every detail of the final item. Minor design updates may be made without notice and do not constitute grounds for cancellation or refund.
Van fitment varies between individual vehicles even within the same model year. Custom floor heights, wall panel systems, and aftermarket modifications all affect fit. Skyliner designs components to accommodate reasonable variation but cannot guarantee fitment in every possible van configuration. Contact support@skylinergear.com with specific fitment questions before ordering.
Section 4 — What Is and Is Not Included
Included: Skyliner galleys, cabinets, and systems include all aluminum frame components, hardware, HPL or bamboo panels, PaneLock™ fasteners, Infinity™ Brackets, specialty fixtures, and assembly documentation required to build the ordered component. Two to four Infinity™ Brackets are included depending on the component, along with adjustable frame connection hardware to support mounting.
Not Included: Grade 8 bolts or other vehicle-specific fasteners required to secure frames to your van’s structure are not included and are the installer’s responsibility. Subsystems including electrical, power storage, inverters, solar, water tanks, plumbing, refrigerators, mattresses, and heating systems are not included unless explicitly stated in your order confirmation.
The appropriate installation method varies by van model, floor height, wall structure, and build approach. Infinity™ Brackets are engineered to support a range of mounting configurations including L-track, floor mounting, and wall attachment. The installer is responsible for determining and executing a secure installation appropriate for their specific vehicle.
Section 5 — Pricing
All prices are in US dollars and subject to change without notice. The price in effect at order confirmation is the price charged. Trade pricing is at Skyliner’s discretion and subject to change. Quoted prices for custom or trade orders are valid for 30 days from the quote date unless otherwise specified.
Section 6 — Third-Party Products and Links
Skyliner may reference or link to third-party products, suppliers, or websites. Skyliner is not responsible for the accuracy or practices of any third-party site or product. Third-party products carry the respective manufacturer’s warranty; Skyliner assumes no liability for their performance.
Section 7 — Customer Communications
By submitting reviews, testimonials, photos, or other content to Skyliner, you grant Skyliner a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use and display that content for marketing purposes. You retain ownership and are solely responsible for its accuracy. Skyliner may decline to publish or may remove submitted content at our discretion.
Section 8 — Personal Information
Your personal information is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using this site or placing an order, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described therein.
Section 9 — Errors and Omissions
Skyliner reserves the right to correct pricing errors, product inaccuracies, or availability information at any time, including after an order has been submitted. If a pricing error affects your order, we will contact you before proceeding.
Section 10 — Prohibited Conduct
When interacting with Skyliner or placing orders, you may not: (a) provide false or misleading information; (b) purchase products for resale without Skyliner’s prior written agreement; (c) use Skyliner’s product designs, documentation, or intellectual property to develop competing products (see Section 21); or (d) engage in any conduct that violates applicable law or these Terms. Skyliner reserves the right to cancel orders and terminate account access for any violation.
Section 11 — Disclaimer of Warranties; Limitation of Liability
Skyliner products are provided as manufactured and described. Skyliner makes no warranties beyond those explicitly stated in our Limited Warranty. In no case shall Skyliner Gear LLC, its officers, employees, agents, or contractors be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from use of our products or website. Where state law limits liability exclusions, Skyliner’s liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Section 12 — Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Skyliner Gear LLC, its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any claims, damages, or costs (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of our products, or violation of any law or third-party rights.
Section 13 — Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law and the remaining provisions will remain in full force.
Section 14 — Entire Agreement and Governing Law
These Terms, together with our Warranty, Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and Privacy Policy incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and Skyliner. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Section 15 — Installation Responsibility
Skyliner’s Infinity™ Brackets and aluminum frame systems are engineered to support a wide range of DIY and professional installation approaches. Assembly instructions are included with every component. The installer is responsible for reviewing all provided documentation and executing an installation appropriate and secure for their specific vehicle. Skyliner is not liable for personal injury or property damage resulting from improper installation.
Section 16 — Changes to These Terms
Skyliner may update these Terms at any time. The current version will always be posted at this page. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.

Section 21 — Intellectual Property and Proprietary Systems
PaneLock™ Patent Acknowledgment
Skyliner Gear LLC holds U.S. Patent No. 12,523,245 B1 covering the PaneLock™ panel fastening system, exclusively licensed to Skyliner Gear LLC. By placing an order or executing a purchase agreement with Skyliner Gear LLC, Purchaser expressly acknowledges the validity and enforceability of this patent. Purchaser agrees that the PaneLock™ system represents a novel and non-obvious innovation as determined by the United States Patent and Trademark Office through formal examination, and that challenging the validity of this patent through Inter Partes Review, ex parte reexamination, or any other USPTO proceeding or legal action would be inconsistent with this acknowledgment and would constitute a material breach of this agreement.
Purchaser further acknowledges that any development, manufacture, or commercialization of products or fastening mechanisms designed to replicate the functional or aesthetic characteristics of the PaneLock™ system — including alternative attachment methods intended to achieve substantially similar results — following exposure to Skyliner’s products, documentation, or design files, shall be presumed knowing and intentional infringement. Such conduct will be treated as willful infringement subject to enhanced damages under 35 U.S.C. § 284 and attorney’s fees under 35 U.S.C. § 285. Skyliner Gear LLC reserves all rights to pursue the full range of available remedies without further notice. This order does not convey, by implication, estoppel, or otherwise, any license under said patent.
Proprietary Design and Trade Secrets
All design files, parametric models, bills of materials, engineering documentation, and layout configurations provided by Skyliner Gear LLC in connection with any order or consulting engagement constitute proprietary trade secrets protected under the Defend Trade Secrets Act (18 U.S.C. § 1836 et seq.) and applicable Oregon state law. This includes without limitation Skyliner’s proprietary system for configuring aluminum t-slot extrusion frames — specifically the selection and placement of extrusion profiles, the spatial layout of frame members, connection point locations, and the integrated structural logic that defines each Skyliner cabinet and galley system. While t-slot extrusion connection methods are known in industry, Skyliner’s specific configuration decisions taken together as a system constitute protectable trade secrets with commercial value not generally known to competitors.
Purchaser agrees that such materials and methods are disclosed solely to facilitate installation and use of purchased components, and may not be reproduced, reverse-engineered, shared with third parties, or used — in whole or in part — as the basis for developing competing products, independently sourcing equivalent components, or replicating Skyliner’s frame construction methodology. Unauthorized use or disclosure may constitute trade secret misappropriation subject to injunctive relief, compensatory damages, and — where willful and malicious — exemplary damages of up to two times actual damages under 18 U.S.C. § 1836(b)(3)(C). Skyliner retains all ownership rights to provided materials regardless of any modifications made by Purchaser.
This order is subject to Skyliner Gear LLC Terms and Conditions available at skylinergear.com/policies/terms-of-service, incorporated herein by reference.
