At Skyliner, we are committed to delivering durable, high-quality products designed to withstand years of adventure travel. This Limited Warranty outlines the terms and conditions for warranty claims.


Warranty Coverage

  • Duration: Skyliner offers a Limited 5-Year Warranty covering both parts and workmanship.
  • Eligibility: This warranty applies exclusively to the original purchaser of Skyliner products.
  • Scope:
    • Covers defects in parts and workmanship for Skyliner-manufactured products.
    • Excludes installation errors, normal wear and tear, and damage unrelated to manufacturing defects.
    • For third-party products sold by Skyliner or on Skyliner’s website, warranty coverage is the responsibility of the respective manufacturer. Customers should contact the manufacturer directly for claims.

Warranty Claims Process

  • Claims may result in:
    • Correction: Repairing the defect.
    • Replacement: Supplying similar or upgraded parts (subject to availability).
    • Store Credit: Issued if the product cannot be repaired or replaced, especially for discontinued items.

Cosmetic Damage

  • Skyliner ensures all products are packaged with care to minimize the risk of shipping damage. However, minor scratches or cosmetic imperfections caused during transit may occur.
  • Resolution: Determined at the discretion of Skyliner’s customer service team.

Shipping Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs associated with warranty claims.
  • Warranty decisions, including repair, replacement, or credit issuance, are made solely by Skyliner.

How to Initiate a Warranty Claim

  • Proof of purchase.
  • Description of the issue.
  • Supporting photographs, if applicable.
