Freight Shipping
All Skyliner kitchen galleys, wheel well cabinets, and large components ship via freight on secure pallets. We use professional freight carriers and careful packaging to protect your investment in transit.
Shipping Rates by Region
Rates are based on delivery location and distance from our Pacific Northwest facility:

Multiple Component Orders
Rates above apply to single-pallet shipments, typically one to two components depending on size. Most combinations of a galley plus one or two wheel well cabinets ship on a single pallet. Orders requiring multiple pallets will be requoted by Skyliner before processing.

- Corner guards and stretch wrap
- Freight carrier service
- Liftgate service at delivery where available
Tracking and Delivery Notification
Skyliner will provide available shipment information when your order ships. We request that freight carriers contact you 24–48 hours before delivery to schedule a window, but carrier communication practices vary and cannot be guaranteed. If you have not heard from the carrier as your estimated delivery date approaches, contact the carrier directly using your tracking information or reach out to support@skylinergear.com for assistance.
Processing Time
Standard website orders are expected to ship within 4–6 weeks of order confirmation. Custom layouts are expected to ship within 4–6 weeks of final design confirmation. These are good-faith estimates; supplier lead times and order volume may affect timing. Skyliner will communicate proactively if a delay occurs.
Delivery
Freight delivery is to the curb or loading dock. Drivers will not bring items inside or up stairs. Please have help available to move your component from the delivery point. You must be present to receive and inspect the shipment.
Inspection Upon Delivery
Inspect your shipment before signing the delivery receipt. Note any visible damage on the receipt before signing — this is critical for freight claims. Contact Skyliner within 48 hours if you discover concealed damage after delivery. Failure to note damage at delivery may limit our ability to file a freight claim on your behalf.
