Refund & Cancellation Policy

All Orders Are Custom

Every Skyliner product is made to order. Each order involves procuring customer-specified panels, custom-cut aluminum extrusions, and specialty hardware configured to the chosen layout and color selections. Skyliner does not stock finished inventory. All sales are treated as custom orders from the moment payment is received.

Cancellation Before Production Begins

A full refund is available only if you cancel before Skyliner has initiated any material procurement — meaning before extrusions, panels, or specialty hardware have been ordered. Contact support@skylinergear.com immediately if you need to cancel. Earlier contact gives us the best chance of stopping the order before materials are committed.

Cancellation After Material Procurement Begins

Once Skyliner has initiated procurement of any materials, cancellation is still possible but the customer is responsible for: the cost of any materials already ordered or cut; Skyliner’s time for order placement, coordination, and preparation work completed; and any non-recoverable vendor or processing fees. The amount owed will be determined by Skyliner based on the stage of production at the time of cancellation and communicated to the customer before any charges are finalized. Skyliner’s determination is final. Again, earlier contact gives us the best chance of minimizing costs for both parties.

Orders That Have Shipped

Orders that have shipped cannot be cancelled. Contact support@skylinergear.com if you have a concern about a shipped order and we will do our best to help.

Custom Design Work

Custom design work — including layout consultations, CAD adaptations, and design documentation — is non-refundable once commenced.

Manufacturing Defects

If a confirmed manufacturing defect is present, Skyliner will work to resolve it promptly. Resolution may include sending replacement parts and instructions, replacing the affected component with a similar or upgraded part (subject to availability), or — where a component is discontinued and cannot be repaired — issuing store credit. Because PaneLock™ fasteners allow individual panels to be swapped without disassembling the full unit, panel-level replacement is often the most efficient path. If a full return is authorized for a confirmed defect, Skyliner will provide return instructions. Packaging, insurance, and return shipping remain the customer’s responsibility unless Skyliner determines otherwise. No returns will be accepted without prior written authorization from support@skylinergear.com.

Van Fitment

Skyliner designs all components to fit the stated compatible van platforms and works to account for common manufacturing variations. However, individual vans vary — even within the same model year — and custom floor heights, wall panel systems, and aftermarket modifications can affect fit in ways outside Skyliner’s control. Fitment variation is not grounds for a return. If your component is not fitting as expected, contact support@skylinergear.com — most fitment challenges can be resolved with guidance, minor adjustments, or supplemental hardware.

Product Updates

Skyliner reserves the right to make minor design updates to products without notice. Products depicted in images may not be identical in every detail to current items. These changes do not constitute grounds for cancellation or refund.
